Enders Falls – CT

“Free time”…what a foreign concept in my world. haha  When I do have a spare moment or two though, it’s nice to take a quiet walk in the woods with my photo-friends.  This image was one of many cascades at the area of Connecticut known as Enders Falls.  I’m not sure which one this is…but it sure is purty. 🙂

Many thanks to my buddy Emmet for suggesting this outing!  It was a nice day with great light and photographically productive to boot!

Thank you! The light that day was so lovely, filtered softly thought the trees and low enough that I skipped the ND filter for this long exposure. 🙂

Absolutely gorgeous. What settings get you the flowing waterfall?

So when you find a “purity” place like this, don’t you wanna camp out for the rest of the day? Nice photos and no one got too wet, right?

haha It was definitely difficult to leave! We actually did get wet though…took a swim under one of the other waterfalls!

Beautiful waterfall shot, I love the composition. It must be great to go out with like-minded photographers!

Nothing better! I like seeing other people’s perspective and feeding idea off of each other. If you can get past the initial intimidation of shooting with other photogs, it can be a very inspiring experience.
